1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk71 website, mobile platform, casino products, sportsbook, slots, instant games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pk71 ("pk71", "We", "Us", "Our").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching a game, or otherwise using any feature of the pk71 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

pk71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk71 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The pk71 Platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register an account and use any paid feature of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk71 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to any gambling feature by persons under the legal adult age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pk71 employee or contractor, unless prior written consent has been obtained from pk71 management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the pk71 Platform under the Responsible Gaming policy or any enforcement action taken by pk71.
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

Age Verification

pk71 performs age and identity verification at the point of first withdrawal and may request verification documents at any point during the player's lifecycle. Verification documents may include a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be withheld until the player's eligibility is established.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately, all deposits refunded to the original payment method where technically possible, and all winnings forfeited. pk71 cooperates fully with any parental or guardian request to investigate suspected underage access and takes such reports seriously.

3 Account Registration and Management

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active pk71 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pk71 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your pk71 account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them promptly by contacting [email protected]. pk71 accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk71 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. pk71 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately. pk71 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk71 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Players requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons will have their account closed within one business day. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or other payment method, subject to standard identity verification. pk71 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, bonus abuse, suspected underage use, or breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

pk71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the pk71 Platform are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by pk71.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) and any pk71 account-level limits communicated to you.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and the associated pk71 account may be suspended pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your pk71 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk71 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise arranged with the support team. Before your first withdrawal, your identity must be verified by submitting a copy of a government-issued NID or passport. pk71 applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks to all withdrawal requests. pk71 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of AML or identity verification procedures.

Player Funds

Player funds held in pk71 accounts are maintained separately from pk71 operational funds. Your account balance represents a debt owed by pk71 to you and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pk71 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all pk71 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to your pk71 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) and eligible games are stated clearly on each promotion's terms page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding wagering requirements before claiming any bonus. pk71 does not hide wagering conditions in small print — all requirements are disclosed prominently at opt-in.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Reload and seasonal bonuses are available to eligible active accounts as specified per promotion.
• Players who have registered using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service at the time of claiming a bonus may have that bonus voided.
• pk71 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotions is detected.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or using automated software to game promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk71 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion page (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award). Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Wagering progress toward a bonus conversion target also expires at the same time as the bonus funds.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pk71 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk71 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, tournaments, or live casino tables.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk71 Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. pk71 reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund a pk71 account. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after genuinely placing bets.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to place bets that would not be accepted under normal operating conditions. pk71 reserves the right to void bets placed under such circumstances.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or providing false information during the verification process.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Integrity

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk71 Platform — including but not limited to the pk71 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, colour schemes, typography, graphics, game interface elements, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of pk71 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from pk71.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use pk71 branding, logos, or trademarks in any external communication, advertisement, or publication without explicit written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any pk71 content or game assets.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content — including slot graphics, live dealer studio feeds, and instant game interfaces — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.) and is licensed to pk71 for display on the Platform. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk71's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk71 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No Liability for the Following

pk71 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, whether or not pk71 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside pk71's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures of third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use — all betting and gaming involves inherent financial risk that you accept by choosing to play.
• Technical errors in game software supplied by third-party providers, where pk71 has acted promptly to report and address the issue with the relevant provider.

No Warranties

The pk71 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk71 makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk71 does not warrant that any game outcome, odds quotation, or informational content on the Platform is complete, current, or accurate at all times, although we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and pk71, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting the pk71 support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels. pk71 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will engage constructively with any player complaint raised in good faith.
